DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTOR

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS
on 22 June 2010 for Brimstone Investment Corporation Limited
(“Brimstone”), wherein it was stated that, as a result of the
unbundling of a portion of Brimstone’s interest in Health
Strategic Investments Limited (“Health”) and the subsequent
unbundling of Health’s interest in Life Healthcare, all
Brimstone shareholders received 40 Life Healthcare ordinary
shares for every 100 Brimstone shares they owned. Shareholders
are advised that a non-executive director and chairman of the
board of Life Healthcare, MA Brey has exercised his Brimstone
share options granted through the Brimstone Share Trust.
Accordingly, in compliance with the JSE Limited Listings
