The application has cited Domino’s Pizza International as the Main Respondent and Taste as Second Respondent. Taste received notification of the objection on the afternoon of 19 May 2014, and the legal merits of the objection are currently being investigated by both Domino’s Pizza International and Taste. It has however, been confirmed that none of the aforementioned parties have, or had, a written agreement with Domino’s Pizza International. Notwithstanding this, the Board of Directors of Taste feel it prudent to inform shareholders timeously of the objection and will update shareholders in due course of further developments in this regard.
