UBS Long/Short Certificates on Naspers Limited (Long) vs. Tencent Holdings Limited (Short) – Series 2 (the
"Certificates") - Impact of the share split announcement by Tencent Holdings Limited on

Holders of UBNPNA certificates are informed that, as a result of the corporate action announcement by Tencent Holding
Limited of its 1 for 5 shares split and in order to continue determining the value of the Certificates based on the
original pre-split size of the Short Reference Shares (as such terms are defined in the terms and conditions of the
Certificates), the Issuer has decided to amend certain terms and conditions of the Certificates effective 16 May 2014.

The “Short Shares” (or “N”) has changed from 1.534438 to 7.672192. The "Short Initial Level" (in ZAR) (or "Y0") has
changed from 639.05 to 127.81. The Issue Price per certificate and Final Redemption Amount of the certificate formulae
remain unchanged.
