Accordingly shareholders are advised that the Group results for the year ended 28 February 2014 (“the reporting period”) have shown an increase when compared to the previous corresponding period in that, headline earnings per share are expected to be between 25% and 35% higher and earnings per share are expected to be between 10% and 20% higher than those achieved in the previous corresponding period. The audited annual financial statements and consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2014 will be mailed to shareholders before the end of May 2014. The abridged financial statements in respect of the year ended 28 February 2014 will be released on SENS simultaneously with the mailing of the audited annual financial statements.
