TRADING STATEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2014

Famous Brands is in the process of finalising its results for the
year ended 28 February 2014.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised that the Group expects to
report headline earnings per share (HEPS) and earnings per share
(EPS) (calculated on an IFRS basis) of between 402 cents per share
and 410 cents per share. This is an improvement on the prior year
comparable HEPS and EPS of between 19% and 21%.

The Group also expects to report diluted HEPS and diluted EPS of
between 401 cents per share and 409 cents per share, an improvement
of between 20% and 22%.


REVIEW OF RESULTS
The information on which this announcement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the Group’s auditors.


PUBLICATION OF RESULTS
The Group's results for the year ended 28 February 2014 are expected
to be published on the Stock Exchange News Service on Monday, 19 May
2014.
