TRADING UPDATE

Linked unitholders are advised that the distribution per linked unit for the year
ended 28 February 2014 is expected to be between 15% and 20% higher than
that of the prior comparative period.

The abovementioned financial information has not been reviewed or reported on
by the company’s auditors and the results for the year ended 28 February 2014
are expected to be released on or about 6 May 2014.
