Mr Dingle’s qualifications include Bachelor of Commerce, Post Graduate Diploma in Accountancy, Public Accountants and Auditors Board FQE and Final Phase Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He is a member of Chartered Accountants (SA) and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA). He was previously employed as the Chief Financial Officer at the Teichmann Group which consists of plant hire and sales, civils and construction, mine haulage, mining operations including drilling, agricultural haulage, mining exploration and property development. He was also the Chief Financial Officer, Zambia for Lafarge South East Africa and Lafarge Cement Zambia Plc (formerly Chilanga Cement Plc) and was previously a Financial Manager at the South African Breweries Limited. Mr Antony Page, assisted by Mr Robert Madubanya has been acting as Financial Director and both will step down from this role, effective 1 May 2014.
