                           ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the previous announcements released on SENS, the last of which

Shareholders are advised that the High Court granted a further extension of 90 days to the
liquidation proceedings. The company continues to seek finalisation and agreement on a proposal

announcement will be made once an agreement has been reached.

Under the circumstances shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing
in the company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
