RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Further to the cautionary announcement published on SENS on 25 February 2014, shareholders are
advised that the company is still in negotiations, which, if successfully concluded, may have a material
effect on the company’s securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise
caution in dealing in the company’s securities, until a further announcement is released.

Shareholders are advised that a further update on the suspension of the Company, as announced on
SENS on 5 March 2013, will be addressed in an additional announcement to be released on SENS shortly.
