General – Public consultation process on proposed amendments to JSE Debt Listings Requirements
in relation to various items.

The proposed amendments to the Debt Listings Requirements, as well as an explanatory
memorandum, are available on the JSE’s website (www.jse.co.za – Route: Companies & Issuer
Regulation/Issuer Regulation) and interested parties are invited to submit their comments by no later
than Thursday, 15 May 2014. Comments can be submitted electronically to alwynf@jse.co.za.
