Further renewal of cautionary announcement

Further to the cautionary announcement released by the
Company on SENS on 21 February 2014, where shareholders
were advised of Evraz plc’s engagement with other potential
bidders in addition to Nemascore (Proprietary) Limited,
with a view to disposing of its 85.11% stake in the Company
and that the independent board of the Company has agreed to
allow these potential bidders to conduct a due diligence
investigation into the affairs of the Company.

The negotiations with potential bidders remains incomplete,
confidential and non-binding, hence there is no certainty
that   a  transaction  will   take  place.     Accordingly,
Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution
when dealing in the Company's securities until a further
announcement is made.
