RESULTS OF INITIAL OFFER FOR AFRICAPLATINUM and AFRICAGOLD DEBENTURES

Further to the announcement published on SENS on Wednesday, 19 March 2014, and pursuant
to the initial offer, 400,000 AfricaPlatinum Debentures referencing 4,000 fine troy ounces of
platinum and 400,000 AfricaGold Debentures referencing 4,000 fine troy ounces of gold will be
issued and listed on the main board of the JSE Limited (JSE), in the "Exchange Traded Funds"
sector, with effect from Monday, 7 April 2014, at an approximate issue price of R153 per
AfricaPlatinum Debenture and R133 per AfricaGold Debenture.
