APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Professor Francois Viruly (M.A. Development Economics) has been
appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from
1 April 2014.


Prof. Viruly is a property economist with 20 years property consultancy experience.
He is a lecturer of property economics and property finance at Cape Town University
and also lectures for the South African Property Owners' Association and other
institutions.


Prof. Viruly’s appointment to the Board will be put to shareholders for approval at
the upcoming annual general meeting. He will also serve on Accelerate’s Investment
Committee.


Mr Michael Georgiou, Chief Executive Officer of Accelerate, stated that he welcomed
the appointment and was looking forward to Prof. Viruly’s contribution on the Board
and the Investment Committee.
