Shareholders are advised that the HAHL 2013 Integrated Annual Report (“Annual Report”) has been posted on
Monday, 31 March 2014. The annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2013, as set out in the
Annual Report contain no modifications to the reviewed provisional report for the same period, published on
05 March 2014.

Notice is hereby given that an annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company will be held at its
registered offices on Tuesday, 03 June 2014 at 1a Booysens Road, Booysens, Johannesburg, South Africa at
14:00 (the AGM) to consider and, if deemed fit, passing with or without modification all ordinary and special
resolutions as set out in the notice of Annual General Meeting.
The record date for determining which shareholders of the Company are entitled to attend, participate in, and to
vote at this AGM is Friday, 23 May 2014.
The record date for determining shareholders of the Company entitled to receive notice of this AGM as being
those recorded as such in the share register of the Company, maintained by the transfer secretaries, as being the
close of business on Thursday, 20 March 2014.
