The auditedsummarised consolidated financial statements for the year ended
31 December 2013, as set out in the Integrated Report contain no modifications from
the audited summarised consolidated financial results for the year ended 31
December 2013 which were published on the Stock Exchange News Service on
Thursday, 27 February 2014.

Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting (“AGM”) of Shareholders will

Johannesburg, South Africa on Thursday, 22 May 2014 at 10:00 to transact the
business as stated in the notice of the AGM forming part of the Integrated Report.
