Further to the announcement published on SENS on Wednesday, 19 March 2014, and pursuant
to the initial offer, 200,000 AfricaPalladium Debentures referencing 2,000 fine troy ounces of
palladium will be issued and listed on the main board of the JSE Limited (JSE), in the "Exchange
Traded Funds" sector, with effect from Monday, 24 March 2014, at an approximate issue price of
R82.34 per AfricaPalladium Debenture.
