TRADING STATEMENT

In terms of paragraph 3.4(b)(i) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, listed companies are required to publish a
trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain
that the financial results for the next period to be reported
on will be more than 20% different from those of the previous
corresponding period or from a profit forecast previously
provided to the market in relation to such period.

The board would like to advise shareholders that the basic
earnings per linked unit is expected to improve from 0.03
cents to approximately 0.57 cents compared to the period ended
31 December 2012. The headline earnings per linked unit is
also expected to improve from 0.03 cents to approximately 0.57
cents.

The improvement can be attributed to a group restructuring
resulting in a material cost saving as certain major property
services are no longer outsourced. Total comprehensive income
for the period is expected to improve from a profit of R189
917 to a profit of R3 553 851.

This financial information has not been reviewed and reported
on by the auditors of the company.
