                            FTSE/JSE Africa Index Series

Subject to the completion of the scheme of arrangement between AfgriGroupe (South
Africa, non-constituent) and Afgri Ltd (South Africa, constituent), the proposed delisting
of Afgri Ltd and following notification from the Stock Exchange, FTSE and the JSE
announces the following changes:

 (J203)                                  index.

 FTSE JSE RAFI All Share                 Afgri Ltd will be deleted from the          24 March 2014
 Index (J263)                            index.

 FTSE JSE RAFI All Share                 Afgri Ltd will be deleted from the          24 March 2014
 Capped Index (J283)                     index.

 FTSE/JSE Africa Capped All              Afgri Ltd will be deleted from the          24 March 2014
 Share (J303)                            index.

 FTSE/JSE Africa Shareholder             Afgri Ltd will be deleted from the          24 March 2014
 Weighted All Share (J403)               index.

 FTSE/JSE Africa Style (J330             Afgri Ltd will be deleted from the          24 March 2014
 and J331)                               index.
