CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR



In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Sentula (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Deon Louw has resigned as an Executive
Director and Financial Director with effect from 7 March 2014.

The Board thanks Deon for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Mr Johann Lemmer, the Chief Financial Officer of the Geosearch Group of Companies (“Geosearch”), a
wholly-owned subsidiary of Sentula, will assume the role of Acting Chief Financial Officer pending the
appointment of a replacement Financial Director.

Johann is a chartered accountant with ten years of experience. Prior to joining Geosearch in October 2012,
Johann was an audit partner in BDO’s Pretoria office.

The Board has commenced the process to appoint a new Financial Director and shareholders will be
advised in due course once an appointment has been made.
