Discretionary cash bonuses were awarded to members of the group executive
committee in recognition of individual performance. In accordance with the
terms of the bonuses awarded, the cash bonus received was used by each
executive to acquire ordinary shares in the company as detailed above.
Clearance was obtained for the share transaction by the Chairman of the
board of directors in accordance with paragraph 3.66 of the Listings
Requirements.
