RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR



In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Poynting (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Richard Willis (as well as his alternate
director, Mr Clive Douglas) has resigned as non-executive director with immediate effect.

The Board thanks Richard and Clive for their contribution to the Company and wishes them well in their
future endeavours.
