In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
following information is disclosed:

Dr J C Hendriks has retired as a non-executive director from the
board of the Company with effect from 13 March 2014.

The Board would like to thank Dr J C Hendriks for his contribution
to the Company over the past 23 years during which he was a
director of National Co-operative Dairies for 13 years and a
director of the Company for the last 10 years.
