LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWFUNDS SHARI’AH EXCHANGE TRADED FUND

Following the creation of four hundred and seventy five thousand participatory
interests, NewFunds has, from commencement of business today, issued an
additional 475 000 Sharia’ah ETF securities at an approximate issue price of R4.15
per additional Shari’ah ETF.

After the listing of the additional 475 000 Shari’ah ETF securities, there will be
6,395,446 New Funds Shari’ah ETF participatory interests in issue.
