Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of Poynting held on Friday, 28 February 2014
convened in terms of the notice of general meeting contained in the circular to shareholders dated
31 January 2014, the resolutions necessary to approve and implement, inter alia, the Aucom Acquisition,
were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
