DISCLOSURE IN TERMS OF REGULATION 6.3 OF SECTION IIA OF THE BSX
LISTING REGULATIONS


Reference is made to the pre-listing statement dated 12 February 2014, the abridged pre-listing statement
released on 12 February 2014, relating to the private placement by SVF to invited investors ("Private
Placement"), of approximately 14,000,000 Class B Shares at a subscription price of ZAR8.79 per Class B
Share, and the announcement of the results of the private placement released on 14 February 2014.

Shareholders are advised that pursuant to such private placement, Mr Hendrik van der Merwe Scholtz, a
director of the Company, is now the ultimate beneficial owner of 62.55% of the issued Class B shares, held
through various corporate entities.

SVF has a primary listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) and a secondary listing on the
Alternative Exchange of the JSE Ltd (“AltX”). The Company’s Class B shares were listed on the BSX on
22 January 2014 and on AltX on 19 February 2014.
