In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 and
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, shareholders are
advised that the company has received notification from Momentum Asset
Management (Pty) Ltd of a disposal of such number of shares in the company,
that its total beneficial interest in the company is now 4.12% of the issued shares
of Trans Hex.
