Linked unitholders are advised that the company’s integrated annual report, incorporating the audited results
for the financial year ended 31 August 2013, was dispatched to linked unitholders on 26 February 2014 and
contains no material changes to the information contained in the audited results for the year ended
31 August 2013, which were announced on SENS on 6 November 2013.

The integrated annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting for Rebosis linked unitholders,
which will be held at 3rd Floor, Palazzo Towers West, Montecasino Boulevard, Fourways, Gauteng at 10:00
on Wednesday, 19 March 2014.
