Voluntary Announcement - Monks Cowl Golf Resort and DumaZulu Game Lodge and Traditional
Village

Shareholders are referred to the company’s announcement of its interim results on SENS on 16 October 2013, in
which mention was made of the group’s expansion strategy.

In early 2014, the group commenced with the development of phase two (2) and phase three (3) at Monks Cowl Golf
Resort in the Central Drakensberg, consisting of 16 twin rooms and eight (8) self-catering rooms which will be
completed later this year and will also upgrade some of its existing facilities at a cost of approximately R20 million.

Another exciting project for Gooderson is DumaZulu Game Lodge and Traditional Village in Hluhluwe is the Walk
Through Bird and Reptile Park which will be completed at a cost of R1 million and will be opened on Thursday,
27 March 2014. DumaZulu Game Lodge has been totally transformed and offers guests a plethora of activities to
both educate as well as entertain them.
