CHANGE TO THE BOARD

In terms of rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Invicta is pleased to
announce the appointment of Ramani Naidoo (“Ramani”) as an independent non-
executive director of Invicta with effect from 20 February 2014.

Ramani is admitted to practice as Attorney, Notary Public and Conveyancer (1988). She
has 15 years’ experience as a director of companies, having served as a non-executive
director on the boards of a number of private and public companies.

In a private capacity, Ramani has been involved in various business ventures and
commercial property developments.

Ramani also has a particular interest and expertise in corporate governance, and is a
published author in the field.

The Board wishes her well in this new position and looks forward to her valuable
contribution.
