SG Fleet Proposed Initial Public Offering

Super Group shareholders are referred to the announcements
released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited
on 27 January 2014 and 13 February 2014 informing shareholders
that SG Fleet was considering a proposal to undertake an initial
public offering of ordinary shares (“Shares”) by way of an offer
for sale of existing Shares in SG Fleet Group Limited (“SG Fleet
Group”) and a listing of SG Fleet Group on the Australian
Securities Exchange (the “IPO”).

Super Group notes that tomorrow SG Fleet Group will release the
prospectus in respect of the IPO (“Prospectus”). The prospectus
is available for information purposes only on Super Group’s
website at www.supergroup.co.za/investors under the heading
“Investor News”. Please note that a public offering of the
Shares is not being made in South Africa.

This announcement is for information purposes only and does not
