Reference is made to the announcement released on 10 February 2014 wherein it was announced that MAS would be undertaking an offer of up to approximately 96 659 683 new shares of no par value (the “private placement shares”) in the share capital of MAS at an indicative issue price of R15.75, or €1.035 per share, thereby raising approximately R1 522 390 000 or approximately €100 000 000 (before private placement expenses) (the “private placement”). 2.
