KEITH WARBURTON APPOINTED AS AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Clicks Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Warburton as an
executive director with effect from 18 February 2014.

Keith (55) is the chief operating officer of the Clicks chain and has served in this
position since rejoining the group in May 2013.

He previously served as an executive director and chief financial officer of the
Clicks Group from 2006 to 2011 before resigning to take a break from corporate
life.

Clicks Group chairman, David Nurek, commented: “We are pleased to welcome
an executive of Keith’s calibre back on to the board and look forward to
benefiting from his extensive experience at board level.”
