RESULTS OF THE PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF COMMON CLASS B SHARES HAVING A PAR
VALUE OF USD 0.0001 PER SHARE (“THE CLASS B SHARES”)

Reference is made to the pre-listing statement dated 12 February 2014, and the abridged pre-listing
statement released on 12 February 2014, relating to the private placement by SVF to invited investors
("Private Placement"), of approximately 14,000,000 Class B Shares at a subscription price of
ZAR8.79 per Class B Share, being the ZAR equivalent of USD0.8373 per Class B Share determined
at an exchange rate of USD 1.00 : R 10.499.

Shareholders are advised that the Private Placement of Class B Shares closed at 17h00 on
Thursday, 13 February 2014 and the directors of SVF are pleased to announce that the Private
Placement was fully subscribed, with the Company successfully placing 14,000,000 Class B Shares
for an aggregate subscription price of ZAR123,060,000, which at the exchange rate referred to above
amounts to USD11,721,116.29.

Subject to the JSE’s approval, the allocated Class B Shares will be transferred to successful
applicants on a `delivery-versus-payment` basis on the date of listing, being Wednesday, 19 February
2014.

The number of Class B Shares in issue subsequent to the Private Placement and listing on the JSE’s
Alternative Exchange (“AltX”) are as follows:

Accordingly and subject to the JSE’s approval, 14,000,000 Class B Shares in the Company will be
listed on the JSE’s AltX with abbreviated name "SVFB", JSE share code SVFB and ISIN code BMG
829251195, with effect from commencement of trade on Wednesday, 19 February 2014.

SVF has a primary listing on the BSX and a secondary listing on AltX. The Company’s Class B
shares were listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange on 22 January 2014.
