Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on 22 and 29 January and 6
February 2014.
On 11 February 2014 Kose-Kose Investments Ltd obtained an order that it be authorized to
notify the shareholders, trade unions and creditors of StratCorp of the application to place
StratCorp under supervision and business rescue by means of substituted service, in a number
of manners.
The court ordered that the following notice be placed on the Stock Exchange News Service:
