Proprietary Limited (formerly Property Index Tracker Managers Proprietary
Limited)(“the Manager”)

 CHANGES TO THE NAME OF THE SCHEME, THE MANAGER, THE PORTFOLIOS AND THE
 FINANCIAL YEAR END OF THE MANAGER AND THE PORTFOLIOS

 Investors are hereby advised that following the acquisition of the Manager
 by GFS Holdings Proprietary Limited, an associated company of Grindrod
 Bank Limited, the FSB has approved the following changes:
 •   The change of the name of the Scheme from Property Index Tracker
     Collective Investment Scheme to Grindrod Index Tracker Collective
     Investment Scheme with the abbreviated name GTrax;
 •   The change of the name of the Manager from Property Index Tracker
     Managers Proprietary Limited to Grindrod Index Tracker Managers (RF)
     Proprietary Limited;
 •   The change of the names of the Portfolios as follows:
     •   Property Index Tracker SAPY Portfolio to Grindrod Property SAPY
         Exchange Traded Fund, the abbreviated name of which will be
         Grindrod PropTrax SAPY;
     •   Property Index Tracker Top Ten Equally Weighted Listed Property
         Index ETF to Grindrod Property Top Ten Exchange Traded Fund, the
         abbreviated name of which will be Grindrod PropTrax Ten; and
     •   Property   Index  Tracker   Preference  Share   Fund  to   Grindrod
         Preference Share Exchange Traded Fund, the abbreviated name of
         which will be Grindrod PrefTrax; and
 •   The change of the financial year end of the Manager and of each of the
     Portfolios to 30 September of each year effective 30 September 2014.

The share code and ISIN of each of the portfolios remains unchanged.
