Closure of NewRand ETF: Event Timetable TRACKHEDGE (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED (“Trackhedge” or “the IssuerCo”) (Registration number 2003/008245/07) Issuer code: THG JSE Code: NRD ISIN: ZAE000047841 CLOSURE TIMELINE OF NEWRAND ETF STRUCTURE Investors are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) on 23 December 2013 wherein investors were advised that the board of Trackhedge (the “Board”) were contemplating an orderly winding up of the IssuerCo and the de-listing and redemption of the securities. After careful consideration the Board resolved that the closure of the NewRand ETF structure (“ETF”) was the most viable option following the decrease in the value of the securities and the corresponding underlying portfolio and on 5 February 2014 approved the winding up of Trackhedge and the de-listing and redemption of the securities.
