announces the following change to a director's disclosure under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules:

Peter Cordin, a Non-Executive Director of the Company has resigned as Chairman and Director of Dragon Mining
Limited, effective today.

Save as disclosed above, there is no further information to be disclosed under the AIM Rules.
