Unitholders of the Fund are referred to the SENS announcement dated 21 October 2013 in
which unitholders were advised that SPFM had entered into an agreement with Liberty
Group Limited (“Liberty”) in terms of which Sycom would acquire a 50% undivided share in
the property in Port Elizabeth on which Greenacres Shopping Centre (“Greenacres”) is
located (“the Acquisition”).


SPFM is pleased to advise that the Competition Tribunal approved the Acquisition, without
conditions, on 5 February 2013. The Acquisition has therefore become unconditional.
Transfer of Greenacres will occur at the soonest possible date.
