RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the previous cautionary
announcement dated 6 March 2013, 22 April 2013, 5 July 2013, 8
July 2013, 19 August 2013, 1 November 2013 and 4 November 2013
and 17 December 2013.

The negotiations are still ongoing and accordingly
shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution in
dealing in their shares until full announcements in respect
of all of the transactions referred to therein are made.
