CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders of the Company are hereby advised
that Ms Elana Kruger (“Elana”) has stepped down as the financial
director of Ububele, with effect from 28 February 2014.
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders are further advised that Mr.
Willem Buys (“Willem”) has been appointed as an executive director
of Ububele with effect from today, 31 January 2014.
Willem qualified as a chartered accountant after completing his
articles at Mazars. He then went on to work in New York in the
auditing field before returning to South Africa to become
financial manager for Rovic and Leers.
Willem will assume the position of financial director of the
Company following the effective date of Elana’s departure, being 1
March 2014.
The Ububele board wishes to thank Elana for her contributions
during her tenure as a director of Ububele and further welcomes
the appointment of Willem.
