A Notice of General meeting containing resolutions to:
    -   place the authorised but unissued shares under the control of the directors
        of the Company;
    -   authorize the directors to provide financial assistance as contemplated in
        sections 44 and 45 of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008,
has been posted to Tradehold shareholders today, 31 January 2014.

The notice contains a notice of general meeting for the Company, which will be held
at 09:30 on Monday, 3 March 2014 in the boardroom at the head office of Pepkor
Limited, 36 Stellenberg Road, Parow Industria 7493.
