for the year ended 31 August 2013, was dispatched to shareholders today, 31 January 2014, and
contains no changes to the abridged audited consolidated financial results which were announced
on 3 December 2013.

Osiris has a primary listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the
Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited.
