REDUCTION IN MOBILE TERMINATION RATES


On 29 January 2014, the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa
(“ICASA”) announced a reduction in Mobile Termination Rates (“MTRs”) with effect
from 1 March 2014. Huge Telecom (Pty) Limited, Huge Mobile (Pty) Limited and
Huge Cellular (Pty) Ltd, all wholly owned subsidiary companies of Huge, are all
direct beneficiaries of this change in MTRs.

The benefits of this change, which are yet to be quantified, may be enjoyed by the
Company from the financial year commencing on 1 March 2014.
