RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

At the annual general meeting of Clicks Group shareholders held
today, 30 January 2014, all the ordinary and special resolutions
were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.

Shareholders representing 82.36% of the issued share capital in
Clicks Group (excluding treasury shares) were present in person
or by proxy at the meeting.
