Further to the cautionary announcements dated Thursday, 28 March 2013 and renewed on
Thursday, 9 May 2013, Friday, 21 June 2013, Monday, 5 August 2013, Monday, 16
September 2013, Monday, 29 October 2013 and Tuesday, 10 December 2013, wherein
shareholders were advised that the Company has entered into negotiations which, if
successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities.
Shareholders are advised that negotiations are still in progress and to continue exercising
caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
