COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT-APPOINTMENTS


The Board of Wilderness Holdings Limited is pleased to announce that it has appointed Amihai
Azoulay to the position of Chief Financial Officer, with immediate effect. Amihai is a Chartered
Accountant (SA) who has been with the Group for five years, most recently serving as the Head of
Finance. As a result of his wide-ranging service with the Group, he brings a wealth of experience to
his new role. Amihai has joined the Board of Wilderness Holdings as a director.

The Group’s existing Chief Financial Officer, Derek de la Harpe, who has been in that role for almost
four years, has been appointed to the position of Commercial Director and Chief Sustainability
Officer. Derek will remain as executive director of Wilderness Holdings.

The Board welcomes Amihai to its midst and wishes both well in their new roles, anticipating the
further positive contributions that they will make to the Group and its operations.
