Market Announcements Office of the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”) earlier today,
Friday, 24 January 2014, in relation to the Compulsory Acquisition. Capitalised terms not

Shareholders are advised that the spot A$/ZAR rate at which the Acquisition Consideration
