APPOINTMENT OF LIQUIDATOR AND FURTHER CAUTIONARY
ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the previous announcements
released on SENS, the last of which was released on 30
October 2013, wherein the directors resolved to wind-up the
Company. A liquidator has now been appointed, namely Mr T
W van den Heever of D&T Trust (Pty) Limited.

The listing of the Company’s shares on the JSE Limited will
remain suspended and shareholders are accordingly advised
to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
