CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MANAGER

As announced previously on SENS, Messrs. GC Stobie, DA Polkinghorne and
IM Groves were appointed to the board of directors of the Manager and
Messrs. J Zidel, D Venter, H Zolty and S Delport had resigned as
directors of the Manager. On 21 January 2014, the Manager was informed
by the FSB that they had approved these changes to the board of directors
of the Manager.
