DELISTING OF 100 000 PROPTRAX SAPY SECURITIES

100 000 PropTrax SAPY securities have been delisted from the JSE
following the redemption of one PropTrax SAPY basket. Following the
delisting of the 100 000 securities, there will be 2 252 020 PropTrax
SAPY securities in issue.
